KOSKA restored all their production, machinery and equipments with the latest technology, nevertheless still increased its production capacity and product quality. Besides halva, Tahini, molasses, jam, Turkish delight and traditional Turkish desserts, as a result of the intensive efforts of the food engineers, they have succeeded to produce light halva, Turkish delight, marzipan and jams by using natural sweeteners. With permission from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs production commenced of these ‘Light’ products together with suitability for the comsumption of diabetics allowing KOSKA to make a first within the Turkish and World food industry.
