As the KOSKA Halva Makers, one of our missions is to add new products to our existing high quality products and improve our existing lines to supply better quality and flavour parameters.
For this purpose, our food engineers and technical team are performing research and product development studies in Koska Halva Merter. Periodically, knowledge and experiences are also being taken from international technical teams.
Within the research and development activities, we may emphasize the advance of diabetic and reduced energy (light) jam, halva, marzipan, Turkish delight and baklava lines. In addition to these dietary projects, the research and development department is planning to produce new varieties and lines for special dietary requirements. Our aim is to offer healthy, natural and high quality products to all our customers.
